In short: this website does not collect anything about you. There are no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies. If you email us, we have your email — that is the extent of it.
Who we are
Kodegram Technologies is an independent software company based in Delhi, India. For anything in this policy, contact us at info@kodegram.com.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website, kodegram.com, only.
Our products have their own privacy policies, because they handle data that this website does not. If you are looking for how the DiaryDoot app handles your data, read the DiaryDoot privacy policy instead — this page will not tell you anything useful about the app.
What we collect on this website
Nothing. We mean this literally:
- There are no user accounts and no login.
- There are no forms. Nothing on this site accepts input from you.
- We do not run analytics, and there is no Google Analytics, Meta pixel, or similar.
- We do not set tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone, because we do not have any to share.
Third parties that do see something
Being accurate matters more than being reassuring, so — two things touch your browser that are not us:
Google Fonts.
This site loads its typefaces from Google's font servers. To deliver them, your browser makes a request to Google, and Google therefore receives your IP address and basic request information. We do not control that and we receive none of it. Google's handling of it is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Our hosting provider.
Like almost every website, our host keeps standard server access logs — typically IP address, timestamp, page requested and user agent. These exist for security and reliability. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
If you email us
When you write to info@kodegram.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and under the GDPR, if you are in the EU or UK — you have rights over personal data we hold about you, including the right to ask what we have, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.
In practice, the only personal data this website gives us is an email you sent us voluntarily. If you want that deleted, email info@kodegram.com and we will do it. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change what this site does — for example, if we ever add a contact form or analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something and leave this page saying otherwise.
